ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for the accuracy of Bingo payouts and properly filling out documents in ink on the daily Bingo Cashier balance sheet.
  • Pays out all amounts for Bingo games.
  • Pays out winning Pull-tabs of $50.00 dollars or more.
  • Completes a cash accountability sheet at the end of the shaft and returns remaining cash to the Main cage supervisor.
  • Completes a cash accountability sheet for recording of payouts for pull-tabs and any other cash payouts.
  • Completes the Bingo payout report at the end of the shift.

• Assist with development and execution of the Food budget to include budget reporting requirements.
• Inventory management to ensure stock and food supplies meet or exceed product specification; orders are placed to keep stock at appropriate (approved) levels, receiving to insure correct quantity and quality of order at delivery and proper storage of product upon receipt. Daily/Weekly/Monthly product count and inventory extension to ensure budget use/cost are being maintained.
• As leader of the kitchen staff, insure implementation and evaluation of the kitchen operations plan, objectives, programs, budgets, policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintains an environment of teamwork.                                                            .
• Monitors kitchen staff performance to ensure that safety procedures are being followed, health and sanitation measures are taken, and food is being prepared to specifications.

Position Summary:
The employee serves as a maintenance person to provide adequate upkeep and maintenance of Lucky 7 Casino, Fuel Mart and associated properties by performing a variety of duties to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all customers and employees.  The employee is expected to work as a part of a team to further the goals of the Lucky 7 Casino and Smith River Rancheria. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Cleaning and janitorial services, as required, on all Casino/Fuel Mart property: including solid waste disposal and recycling.  Interior as well as exterior.
  • Maintains buildings and grounds; performing routine service and repairs of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, structural, H.V.A.C., septic, and other building and grounds systems as required.
  • Maintenance and repair of Fuel Mart equipment as well, including fuel pumps and associated equipment.
  • Responsible for all equipment used in the performance of said duties.
  • Temporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to, or modified as deemed necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Good knowledge of most construction trades and building practices.
  • Skill in the use, care, and maintenance of power tools and equipment.
  • Knowledge of good safety practice in the workplace, including equipment safety, lock-out tag-out programs, personal protective equipment, etc.
  • General skill and knowledge of carpentry, electrical, mechanical and plumbing techniques and repairs.
  • Ability to prioritize work loads and perform assigned tasks to the best of his or her abilities.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment.
  • Ability to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
  •  Ability to work safely and effectively in close proximity to casino customers and staff.
  • Overall ability to exercise good judgment.
  • Ability to work well in a team oriented environment.
  • High school diploma or GED and 3 years related experience or training.
  • Qualified American Indian Preference applies.

Language Skills:
Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Have the ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Mathematical Skills:
Be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  Have the ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. 

Reasoning Ability:
Ability to use common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.  Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Must be able to pass extensive background investigation for the issuance, and retention, of gaming license.

Privileges Club Representative

Position Summary:
A Privileges Club Representative is dedicated to serving the guests of Lucky 7 Casino at the Privileges Club counter and on the gaming floor, providing the impression and reality of the best possible service by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

  • Performs superior customer service.
  • Creates customer accounts on Super Playmate within the Privileges Club.
  • Inputs data and encodes Privileges Club cards.
  • Issues coupons and other vouchers as required and in accordance with company and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Provides specific and general departmental information regarding casino, promotions and special events.
  • Builds and promotes Privileges Club membership.
  • Promotes and assists in Privileges Club promotions and events.
  • Acts as front door host.
  • Provides feedback on promotions and events.
  • Redeems Privileges Club points with cash back and redemption coupons.
  • Answers main telephone line after 4pm and at other times as requested.
  • Has the ability to speak over the microphone for announcements and promotions.
  • Offers suggestions for improvements on promotions, customer service, safety, etc.
  • Attends all department and mandatory casino meetings.
  • Assists Director as needed.

Position Summary:
Ensure that all customers are greeted in a timely, friendly, and professional manner. Greet customers, take food orders, and serve food.
